SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND IN STORE/CURBSIDE PICK UP

We can ship anywhere in the Continental US and make contactless doorstep deliveries locally. Orders typically deliver or ship within 1-3 days of receipt of your order.

Once we ship or deliver your order, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking info or confirmation of hand delivery to your doorstep or mailbox.

Flat rate shipping anywhere in the US is $9

Live in zip code 19081? We will deliver your order for free. Choose FREE LOCAL DELIVERY as your shipping option when you check out.

In-store and curbside pick up are available. Choose STORE PICK UP at checkout and we will email you to set up an appointment for pick up or you can come anytime during our open shop hours.

If your order is a gift, we will happily include a note for your recipient and ship to their address. You just need to update the ship to address to the gift recipient’s home.

We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can resend it to you, but will charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.

RETURNS:

IN-STORE: Items with the receipt and in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund, exchange or store credit. All beauty and sale items are FINAL SALE. 

ONLINE:  Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Online orders will have 14 days from the day the order is delivered at the shipping address to initiate a return or exchange for either a refund, exchange or store credit. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@harveyoak.com prior to mailing your item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of the item(s) back to the shop. Refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued after the item(s) has been reviewed and returned to our inventory and will be issued to your original form of payment. Shipping costs will be not be refunded.
