Return Policy

  • IN-STORE RETURNS: Items with the receipt and in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund, exchange or store credit.

  • ONLINE RETURNS: Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Online orders will have 14 days from the day the order is delivered at the shipping address to initiate a return or exchange for either a refund, exchange or store credit. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@harveyoak.com prior to mailing your item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of the item(s) back to the shop. Refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued after the item(s) has been reviewed and returned to our inventory and will be issued to your original form of payment. Shipping costs will be not be refunded.

  • We ship anywhere in the Continental US

  • We ship your order within 1-3 days of receiving it

  • Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with USPS tracking

  • We offer flat rate shipping anywhere in the US for $9

  • To pick up your order at our shop, choose STORE PICK UP at checkout and you can visit us during our open shop hours.

  • If your order is a gift, we will happily include a gift note and ship to their address.

  • We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can resend it to you, but will charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable even if orders are returned.
